Jeff created SheppTech upon his return home from the Army. Now, it is a growing, thriving, reputable business with top notch customer service and satisfaction. With what started as a break/fix IT business, Jeff has harnessed his skills and passion to become a security focused Managed Services Provider (MSP).

As SheppTech continues to grow, so too will The Pack, which is what Jeff calls our network of customers, students, partners, and employees. The Pack exists to provide an experience and knowledge sharing environment which benefits the community as a whole.
